We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ticket Taker for the high school girls soccer events at Winlock School District. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome attendees as they arrive at the soccer events. - Collect ticket payments and distribute tickets to spectators. - Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and attendance. - Ensure that all attendees have valid tickets for entry. - Provide information to spectators regarding game schedules, seating, and general inquiries. - Assist in setting up and breaking down ticketing areas before and after events. - Report any issues or concerns to the event coordinator promptly. - Uphold the policies and procedures of Winlock School District regarding event management and safety.
Requirements - Must be at least 16 years old. - Previous experience in customer service or ticket sales is preferred but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work evenings and weekends during the soccer season. - Must be reliable and punctual. - Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate financial records. - Basic knowledge of the sport of soccer is a plus. - Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
