As an Administrative Assistant, you will: Retrieve Data from information systems, such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, business licenses, etc. in support of government audits. Respond to requests from customers and vendors for copies of tax documents, such as W-9 forms, business licenses, sales tax exemption certificates, etc. and assist in maintaining the repository of such commonly requested forms. Perform general administrative duties and support for the tax department. Always represent the company in a professional manner. Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company, including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures. Manually uploading certificates and data validation. Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support. Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents (such as reports, presentations or forms) and office systems (such as SharePoint sites, databases, billing software, or spreadsheets). Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management. This is a full time, Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 1-3 years Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 1-3 years administrative experience.
