Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a team of Partners, Managers, and Directors. This individual will play a key role in maintaining client service excellence through administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — especially during peak tax season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to assigned Partners, Managers, and Directors
  • Process and assemble confidential client tax returns via our secure portal
  • Prepare client billing and follow up on payments
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Draft and format correspondence and other client-facing documents
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, supplies management, and maintaining common areas
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Work extended hours during tax deadlines (April, September, and October)

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of administrative experience in a professional services setting (accounting, banking, insurance, or law firm preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level or higher)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Familiarity with tax return processing or a strong willingness to learn
