We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant.This individual will be the main point of contact at this location, working independently to manage day-to-day administrative functions and support members, business representatives, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations independently with minimal supervision
- Handle phones, emails, mail, office supplies, and package deliveries
- Support union members with applications, dues processing, and general inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with new member onboarding and applications
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, including kitchen area
- Coordinate Zoom meetings and manage basic technology functions
- Provide support for annual and semi-annual projects, including dues calculation and company communications
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with executives
- Advanced Microsoft Suite & tech savy
- Comfortable working alone for extended periods; must be self-sufficient
- Paralegal background or knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with shared drives and basic tech troubleshooting
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm/1 hour lunch/ Fully onsite
