Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Manager UPS and USPS mailings
  • · Handle SAP requisitions for various vendors for Allentown/East Hartford offices.
  • · Maintain on site physical licenses
  • · Maintain service anniversary certificates and payments for Allentown based employees.
  • · Supports local Management staff with supply requests, mailings, client visit preparation, T&E submissions, etc
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 7:30-12:30 in office

Qualifications

  • · 3-5 years of work-related experience required, preferably in administration and supporting operations.
  • · Ability to work with local support staff and coordinate responsibilities.
  • · SAP experience is a plus but not required.
  • · Proficiency in personal computer usage, Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills required.
  • · Ability to multi-task and work with multiple managers
  • · Excellent time management skills and ability to handle uneven work load.
