Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Manager UPS and USPS mailings
- · Handle SAP requisitions for various vendors for Allentown/East Hartford offices.
- · Maintain on site physical licenses
- · Maintain service anniversary certificates and payments for Allentown based employees.
- · Supports local Management staff with supply requests, mailings, client visit preparation, T&E submissions, etc
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 7:30-12:30 in office
Qualifications
- · 3-5 years of work-related experience required, preferably in administration and supporting operations.
- · Ability to work with local support staff and coordinate responsibilities.
- · SAP experience is a plus but not required.
- · Proficiency in personal computer usage, Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills required.
- · Ability to multi-task and work with multiple managers
- · Excellent time management skills and ability to handle uneven work load.
