We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-driven Administrative Specialist to join our small team. This is a seasonal role that starts part-time in the fall and ramps up to full-time during tax season , with the potential for long-term placement.

_____________________ What You'll Do- Greet clients and ensure a warm, professional first impression
- Handle multi-line phone calls and assess call priority
- Print and organize documents from a secure client portal
- Update internal spreadsheets and prepare client files
- Support document signing processes and payment collection (credit, cash, check)
- Organize outgoing mail and maintain filing systems
- Ensure the reception and conference areas are clean and presentable
- Assist with light office cleaning tasks as needed
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Citrix or cloud-based platforms is a big plus
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Oct-Jan: 16-24 hours/week (2-3 days/week, 6-8 hour shifts)
- Feb-Apr: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
