We are working with a locally based electric supply company in Manchester, NH. While smaller in size, the company partners with a wide range of vendors and prides itself on efficiency and excellent service. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support their growing office needs.

Location: Manchester

Hour : Part Time - 2-3 Days a week from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Temp-Hire

Pay 20-23/hr depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Office Assistant will provide critical support to the team. This individual will work closely with the owner/manager and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and assist visitors and vendors
  • Open and distribute incoming mail daily
  • Prepare and send outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal records
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
