Summary/Objective

Blackwatch International is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Receiving Specialist to join our team in Sacramento. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in the semiconductor industry.

The Administrative Receiving Specialist is essential to our operations, ensuring that administrative and receiving workflows run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Perform daily onsite clerical duties including greeting visitors, receiving packages/mail, stocking office/breakroom supplies, filing hardcopy documents, and managing package shipments. Coordinate the receipt of goods and services, including equipment, maintenance service reports, parts, hardware, supplies, gases, and chemicals. Track and resolve inventory, invoicing, and purchase order discrepancies. Maintain professional communication with vendors, customers, and suppliers. Organize and archive documents related to goods, services, and invoicing. Submit visitor access requests, escort guests, and manage vendor badge records. Support various administrative tasks and provide general office support as needed. Minimum Qualifications

Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Willingness to work in environments with hazardous materials and waste (proper safety protocols enforced). Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Desired Qualifications:

Associates degree or 2-year technical certificate in business administration, science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Equivalent military training/experience or discipline in business administration, electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, etc. Knowledge and/or understanding of semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry.
