Starting rate: $28.50/hour Depending on experience Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F Duration: 6 + months, with long-term opportunity!
1-3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics (retail or merchandise industry required) Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and receiving status; report findings to internal teams Reconcile warehouse reports with internal records to resolve variances Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits Verify merchandise received against packing slips and system data Ensure products are properly labeled, packed, and compliant with company standards Collaborate with warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate inventory ingestion Confirm proper SKU labeling and barcoding to minimize system discrepancies Escalate inventory issues, damages, or non-compliance to the Operations Manager Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics (retail or merchandise industry preferred) Solid understanding of inventory control processes and SKU tracking Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift and move merchandise as required Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on inventory demands
