Key Responsibilities
Client & Paid Influencer Campaign Management
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on influencer marketing campaigns.
• Own campaign execution from brief through delivery-tracking timelines, deliverables, and results.
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs and project plans, ensuring internal team alignment.
• Collaborate with creative, production, influencer, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Lead influencer and creator marketing initiatives-sourcing talent, managing communications, and aligning with platform trends and brand strategy.
• Create and present decks, campaign recaps, and status reports.
Strategic Input & Problem-Solving
• Support the development of campaign strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend influencer selection, messaging, and campaign structures.
• Troubleshoot production or timing challenges with proactive solutions.
• Stay current on social media trends, creator marketing innovations, and cultural shifts to inform client recommendations.
Execution & Quality Control
• Review all client-facing materials for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
• Manage influencer collaborations and logistics, including contracts, timelines, content tracking, and usage rights.
• Monitor campaign performance, delivering actionable post-campaign reports and insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams and creators to ensure seamless, multi-disciplinary execution.
• Maintain organized documentation and clear communication for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
•
Experience:
4+ years in PR, marketing, or creative roles with client-facing responsibilities; influencer/creator campaign management required.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication; skilled at presenting to clients.

Creator Marketing Knowledge:
Familiarity with influencer ecosystems and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.); experienced in evaluating talent, negotiating rates, and managing collaborations.
