school year.
This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.
Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures.
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma/Equivalent Two professional references BCI & FBI background checks Dated within the past 12 months On file with the Ohio Department of Education Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them.
Necessary Skills/Duties:
Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds Familiar with building systems such as alarms and HVAC Dry mop/wash floors, clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, and display cases Ability to read MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) information Perform minor repairs Perform preventive maintenance activities
Enrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.
