Our client, a leading manufacturer in Franklin, is seeking an experienced
Plant Maintenance Technician
to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and document all work completed
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all safety standards
Assist on other shifts and work overtime as needed Qualifications:
Technical diploma, journeyman card, or 5+ years of maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge required
Ability to adjust robot programs (training provided)
Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standards
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift certification a plus (or ability to certify)
Valid driver's license Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature changes Shift/Compensation:
Full-time position with overtime opportunities
Competitive pay based on experience Pay Details:
$24.00 per hour
