Job Summary:

The Parts Warehouse Associate I is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts and supplies in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This entry-level position plays a key role in supporting the parts department, ensuring inventory is organized and readily available for internal technicians and retail customers.

Essential Functions: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Sort and place parts in appropriate storage areas according to inventory procedures. Pull parts and prepare orders for service technicians and retail customers. Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including shelves, workstations, and shipping/receiving areas. Load and unload delivery trucks as needed. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).Assist with parts deliveries or pickups as needed. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Support other parts department functions as directed by the manager or supervisor. Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver automotive parts to designated locations. Maintain satisfactory attendance. Perform other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

0-1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or similar role. Required to take and pass on the job forklift certification. Basic understanding of automotive industry. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and safe driving record; required to have California driver's license within 10 days following date of hire. Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in an automotive, motorcycle, or dealership parts department Familiarity with parts inventory systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment Basic knowledge of automotive or motorcycle parts and terminology Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, sits; uses hands; frequently reaches with hands and arms; frequently talks and hears. Occasionally climbs or balances; occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, squats or crawls; occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Environment/Noise:

May involve working in varying temperatures and conditions depending on the warehouse setting. Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment. Noise level is moderate. Employee Benefits Include:
