CloudHQ is seeking a proactive, hands-on, and strategic Human Resources Director who thrives on building strong teams, shaping culture, and driving tangible results. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, this role will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources across CloudHQ, Dalian Development, and WindHQ throughout the Americas (US and LATAM). You will be involved in every stage of the employee life cycle, from developing HR strategies to rolling out programs and solving day-to-day challenges. This role emphasizes both action and vision, including leading core HR functions—employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee development—while ensuring policies and practices are consistently applied across all business units. You will contribute to building and sustaining a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Serves as a strategic advisor to department leaders and provides expert advice related to HR management best practices. Leads and develops a high-performing HR team from assistant to manager levels, fostering accountability, service excellence, and continuous learning. Oversees HR operations across the US and LATAM, including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, employee mobility, compliance, and HR information management. Develops new policies and directs improvements to existing policies and practices based on evidence-based data and information. Leads all aspects of benefits, retirement, and wellness for US and LATAM employees, ensuring local compliance while maintaining parity across geographies. Manages workforce continuity through proper workforce planning and succession, partnering with Talent Acquisition on shared initiatives. Oversees design and implementation of the talent management process (performance management, professional development, employee experience) with global consistency and local execution. Effectively manages complex employee relations matters with leadership and internal/external legal counsel. Manages HR-related contracts with brokers, carriers, vendors, and consultants. Manages HR budget to ensure resources are invested properly and expenses are cost-effective. Manages all HR information systems, ensuring efficiency, data integrity, and security. Provides back-up support for HR team members and fulfills HR functional roles as needed. Collaborates with SVP, Human Resources and regional HR leadership to oversee and execute HR strategies, policies, and practices. Performs special projects as assigned by company leadership. What You Bring to The Role

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Current PHR or SHRM-CP Certification. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HR with at least three (3) years in progressive leadership roles. Proven expertise in the full HR body of knowledge as recognized by HRCI and SHRM. High proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Self-motivated with a high degree of ethics and professionalism; servant leader to management of people. Discretion handling confidential information. Excellent interpersonal and internal customer service skills. Proactive and flexible with initiative-taking ability. Excellent organization and time management with ability to meet deadlines. Independent judgment and sound decision-making in situations impacting timelines and outcomes. Ability to fulfill all roles under HR function as needed. Proficient knowledge of US HR laws including EEO, FLSA, FMLA, USERRA, ERISA, NLRA, ADA, and more. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to various sites in Virginia and across the Americas as required. Please note:
