Job Description:
As a Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Lead Developer, you will lead the development, configuration, and support of enterprise solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This role requires hands-on expertise in solution architecture, customization, integration, and governance across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development efforts using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Configure and manage Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Field Service, and Sales Implement reusable components, environment variables, and solution management practices Integrate custom connectors, Azure Functions, and APIs Configure role-based security and manage data migration activities Support DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design Prepare mock-ups and prototypes based on business needs Provide documentation, technical analysis, and platform usage guidance Serve as the primary point of contact for development issues and platform governance
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft GCC tenant environments Extensive experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Platform tools Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment Experience with Intelligent Advisor, custom connectors, and Azure integrations Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform Strong understanding of licensing models and governance best practices Experience with data migration tools and role-based security configuration Prior experience supporting public sector or similar enterprise environments Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (preferred)
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
