What You'll Do: • Design
13D residential fire sprinkler systems
using AutoSprink & AutoCAD • Create permit submittals, hydraulic & seismic calcs, fabrication & install drawings • Coordinate with MEP trades via BIM/lay-over software • Review drawings, survey sites & support field installation teams • Communicate with AHJs, contractors, and project managers • Deliver accurate, code-compliant designs that ensure field success
What We're Looking For: • WA State
Level 1 Certificate of Competency
(required) • 2+ years fire sprinkler design (13D residential preferred) • Proficiency in AutoSprink & AutoCAD • Knowledge of
NFPA codes (esp. NFPA 13D) • Strong attention to detail, organization & time management • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
