Our team is in search of an experienced SharePoint Online Specialist & Technical Writer ready to unleash their talents and become a valuable member of our innovative crew! What You'll Be Doing...
SharePoint Online Development & Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and translate business requirements into SharePoint functionalities. Manage lists, libraries, permissions, and Power Platform solutions within SharePoint Online. Uphold best practices in the architecture, design, and development of SharePoint solutions. Technical Writing & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, functional requirements, and technical manuals for SharePoint Online solutions. Craft clear, organized training materials and operational procedures. Develop FAQs, knowledge base articles, and resources for end-users. Training & Support: Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person or virtual) for employees on effective use of SharePoint Online Intranet sites. Produce tutorials, videos, and presentations to facilitate user adoption of the platform. Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for users, assisting with SharePoint-related issues. Collaboration & Communication: Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs, aligning SharePoint solutions accordingly. Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams within the SharePoint project group. The Right Person Has... Proven experience in managing SharePoint Online sites. Exceptional technical writing skills, with a history of creating effective documentation and training materials. Familiarity with SharePoint permissions and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Experience in facilitating employee training sessions both in-person and virtually. Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and other Office 365 tools. Knowledge of SharePoint security best practices, governance, and compliance. Agile project management experience. Prior experience designing intranet solutions for medium to large enterprises. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and effectively as a team member. Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
