Data & Reporting Analyst - Onsite STL Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst to work 100% onsite in St Louis MO! This Analysts will need to be highly proficient in SQL, and have strong reporting experience in Business Objects, Tableau or Power BI Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across departments Enhancing data-driven decision-making Working collaboratively with business units to translate data needs into actionable solutions It blends technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication -ideal for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, explain complex ideas clearly, and deliver value across tactical and strategic initiatives. Conduct advanced data analysis to support analytics solutions Capture and document data definitions , rules, and quality requirements Integrate data from diverse sources for reporting Define and implement data quality improvements Ensure compliance with reporting standards via quality audits Use mathematical modeling and optimization for strategic planning Able to interpret complex datasets and make data-driven presentations Proficient in tools such as Word, Excel , and especially SQL Proficiency in SQL Experience with joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning SAP BusinessObjects - building and maintaining universes, Web Intelligence reports, and dashboards Tableau - creating interactive visualizations, calculated fields, and data blending Power BI - modeling data with DAX, designing scalable reports and dataflows # Familiarity with logistics KPIs, inventory metrics, and vendor performance dashboards Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost-center analysis, and financial reconciliation workflows PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:$132,000-200,000/ year range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Innova Solutions employs approximately 50,000 professionals worldwide and reports an annual revenue approaching $3 Billion.
