Talent Acquisition Specialist
to help us bring top talent to our construction team. We are seeking a relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people, values confidentiality, and communicates with professionalism-both in writing and in person. Your responsibilities in this role: Recruit diverse, top-tier talent with a focus on both active and passive candidates, especially in
Engineering and Construction Management . Manage the full recruiting cycle: advertising, sourcing, phone screening, tracking candidates, and coordinating interviews. Actively participate in onboarding and conduct new hire orientations. Build strong relationships with job placement services, construction associations, high schools, colleges, and career tech schools in Cincinnati and other markets. Assist with our co-op program as needed: collaboration with students, career fairs, hiring events, student events and brand promotion at top universities. Effectively manage your time while meeting deadlines and hiring goals. What you need to qualify:
1-3 Years of proven experience in recruiting Knowledge or previous work history in the construction industry preferred. Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities Flexible and self-driven with respect to confidentiality What's in it for you:
