At Guardian Protection, the Loyalty Specialists proactively builds relationships with customers to effectively retain customers through positive relationship building, listening to concerns/addressing issues and providing the best options for our customers. As part of a vibrant driven team you will seek to fulfill the needs of our existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services, by addressing escalations to the point of resolution and securing services to those customers that are relocating to a new home or business or wish to upgrade existing products and services.

Position Summary:

The Loyalty Phone Representative is responsible for retaining customers through fast, personalized, and solution-driven support. Duties include resolving issues, negotiating outcomes, and recommending system enhancements. Ideal candidates are proactive problem solvers who build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty through exceptional service.

Engage with customers who are considering cancellation to retain their accounts through tailored solutions. Demonstrate the ability to quickly craft and present compelling offers that meet individual customer needs. Reaffirm the value of Guardian services through consultative conversations. Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. Handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism. Assist customers in relocating their Guardian services with ease and professionalism. Promote upgrades, additional products, and enhanced service options for existing customers. Recommend solutions that align with customer needs and company offerings. Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships and improve retention. What You'll Need:

Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to assess customer needs and recommend relevant products and services. Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sales tactics is a plus. Preferred 1 year experience in customer service, retention, or inside sales.
