We are hiring Data Analyst Specialist! Role: Data Analyst Specialist Supporting: Large Financial Services Client Location: Hybrid - Tuesday through Thursday - McLean, VA Position Description: We are seeking seasoned Data Analyst Specialist to join an innovative team! In this role you'll define and review business requirements, facilitate data flow analysis, and resolve obstacles. Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs, identify data sources, and translate insights into actionable strategies. You'll work with various stakeholders to recommend best practices for database design and create logical and physical data models. Additionally, you'll gather and prepare data for analysis, develop comprehensive reports, and write complex SQL queries to ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business or Accounting related field Scrum/Agile certification is preferred 5-8 years extensive data analysis experience Experience with SQL/DB2/Oracle/Sybase/SQL server/Mongo Python experience is strongly preferred Demonstrated data and business analysis with all aspects of the project lifecycle implementing Agile project methodology Ability to support multiple concurrent projects in various capacities Extensive experience with all aspects of Agile/Modern delivery methodology #J-18808-Ljbffr
