Responsibilities: Drive analytics for revenue and engagement programs and A/b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.
Partner with product managers to understand product/customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and engagement.
Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior.
Build reporting frameworks / resources that enable partners to self-serve information.
Partner with teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market, and Engineering
Qualifications: At least 4-5 years of experience in a DS / data analyst role.
Strong skills in a data science/analytics role with a proven track record of success
Experience in hypothesis testing and A/b test analytics
Expertise in working with large data sets using Hive/SQL
Hands-on experience working with platforms like Databricks
Expertise in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau / PowerBI or other dashboarding tool
Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
