About The Role
As our Senior Data Analyst, you will be the driving force behind our data infrastructure and insights. You'll partner with engineering to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and make dashboards and reports available in user-friendly formats. Your primary focus will be bringing visibility to our AI Receptionist product funnel, signups, revenue, and churn, as well as financial and customer data across all product lines. This is a high-impact role reporting to our data leadership with the opportunity to build our data foundation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Evolve Data Foundation Design and implement data warehouse architecture
Scale up data pipelines from various sources
Create data governance framework and documentation
Define data quality standards and monitoring processes
Build Out Analytics Infrastructure Create first versions of critical dashboards
Establish tracking for key business metrics
Design scalable reporting processes
Develop and Automate Reporting Create and maintain dashboards for key business metrics
Build automated reporting systems for regular business reviews
Partner with Growth team to implement A/B testing analytics framework
Drive Business Intelligence Partner with different departments to understand their data needs
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities
Provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions
Support Cross-Functional Projects Work with product teams to ensure key events are logged properly
Track and report on company KPIs, including partnering with Operations and Finance
Automate and ensure data integrity in weekly business review dashboards
Data Democratization Train team members on how to use data tools effectively
Create self-service analytics capabilities
Develop documentation for common data analyses
What We're Looking For Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
Data integration expertise ability to stitch together data from multiple sources to generate insights
Technical foundation with experience building data infrastructure from scratch
Statistical analysis skills and ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
Experience with data pipelines and ELT processes
4-7 years experience in data analysis at early-stage or scaling-stage startups
Prioritization skills to manage competing demands and identify highest-impact metrics
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Grafana)
Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience writing complex queries
Detail-oriented with strong quality control practices in data management
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work autonomously on greenfield projects
Nice to Have Experience integrating business tools as data sources (Salesforce, GA, GTM, Mailchimp, Meta Ads)
Experience implementing BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) from scratch
Experience with tying marketing and user acquisition data to behavioral events
Experience working with product-led growth funnels and customer journey analytics

Location & Work Environment Location: Fully Remote (US-based, West Coast hours preferred)
This is a full-time position with a salary that ranges between $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
