Summary: The Business Analyst/Data Steward defines data dictionaries, conducts AoA, and supports governance workflows, ensuring data quality and stakeholder alignment. *This role is based in Falls Church, VA with possible telework. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Perform AoA for Data Inventory Management System (DIMS) solutions Define data element standards and dictionaries Evaluate data product lifecycle workflows Gather stakeholder feedback for pilots and UAT Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Understanding of data governance principles and frameworks Ability to define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures Strong analytical skills for interpreting business needs and translating them into data requirements Proficiency in data modeling and metadata management Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field CBAP or CDMP certification Mid level (3-6 years, 2+ in DoD/healthcare) 3+ years in business analysis or data stewardship Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of MHS GENESIS, Advana, and VAULTIS Experience in healthcare data governance Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually.
