The PGA Pro Sales Manager will source and outreach PGA Professionals at private golf clubs across the country. This position is responsible for generating group golf business by cultivating relationships with PGA Pros and positioning Streamsong as the ultimate destination for member trips, buddy groups, and exclusive pro-am experiences.

Essential Functions:

PGA Pro Relationship Development:

Proactively identify and connect with PGA Professionals at private clubs to promote Streamsong's group travel offerings. Develop strategic outreach campaigns via phone, email, and in-person visits to secure new business. Act as a trusted advisor to PGA Pros, understanding their club culture and member expectations to deliver customized proposals. Sales Execution:

Drive buddy golf bookings, including member trips Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, collaborating closely with the resort's golf and operations teams. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Client Management & Event Coordination:

Work directly with clients to plan itineraries, golf schedules, room blocks, dining, and ancillary resort experiences. Partner with golf operations, food & beverage, and group services to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction. Market Presence:

Represent Streamsong at PGA Section events, trade shows, and key industry functions. Maintain strong visibility within the PGA professional network and relevant golf associations. Keep current on competitor offerings and golf travel trends to inform sales strategy. Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of all outreach and client activity in CRM software Provide regular sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates to leadership. Non-Essential Functions:

Participate in hotel committees and task force opportunities. Perform all other duties as requested or assigned. Knowledge and Skills:

Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Further education is desirable.

Experience:

3-5 years of successful experience in golf travel, resort sales, or private club business development. Existing relationships with PGA Professionals and private golf clubs. Deep familiarity with the PGA of America network, private club structures, and group travel planning. PGA or PGA Associate status is a plus but not required. Experience selling to private golf clubs or luxury resort clientele. Skills and Abilities:

Must possess excellent telephone communications skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, influence, sell. Ability to operate a computer. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal driven. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder with a deep understanding of the private club environment and a passion for creating memorable golf experiences.
