Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our technology delivery teams, primarily focusing on investment banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and extensive experience managing multi-geography teams. An awareness of AI technologies and their applications within the financial sector is a plus. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects within the investment banking domain, ensuring timely and quality completion. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress. Manage and coordinate cross-cultural, multi-location teams to optimize productivity and foster a collaborative environment. Utilize strong technical skills to oversee solution design, development, and implementation, aligning with business goals. Implement best practices for project management, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, to ensure efficient workflows. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stay updated on AI advancements and evaluate their potential integration into banking solutions. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating business requirements into technical deliverables. Foster continuous improvement and innovation within delivery processes. Requirements :
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in investment banking technology. Strong technical background with experience in financial services software, banking systems, or related technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated success managing multi-cultural, multi-geography teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management frameworks. Awareness of AI and emerging technologies relevant to the financial industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Preferred, but not required:
Prior experience with AI/ML applications in financial services. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in banking. Strong experience in investment Banking.
