Truck Loader/Unloader $15

Snelling is looking for general laborers to assist them with full-time and short-term work. Duties would include warehouse, loaders/unloaders, palletizers, etc. Must be willing and able to lift min 50lbs CONSISTENTLY throughout the shift. Principle Responsibilities Adhere to preferred methods for inbound palletization of goods Palletizing, stacking boxes and staging as needed. Ensure pallets are sturdy, wrapped, and safe for storage of goods Validate quantities and accurately apply labels Work at a brisk pace to complete assigned inbound within an established timeframe Must be able to lift 45-60 pounds. Maintain a safe and clean work environment Comply with all safety, security, and company policies and procedures. Perform housekeeping duties around the warehouse throughout the shift Other duties as assigned by management Schedule depends on client, openings are on 1st shift. Must be able to start as soon as 6am and work 8-12 hr shifts as needed.

Qualifications Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations Strong background in distribution center processes and order picking Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems Capable of heavy lifting Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor is a plus Must be able to pass background check and drug test BENEFITS: MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION
