Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You'll work with equipment ranging from, but not limited to, rooftop package units, split systems, VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, and boilers. Your expertise will keep our customers' operations running smoothly, efficiently, and comfortably year-round.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in systems ranging from rooftop package units, split systems, VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, and boilers Complete service calls promptly, professionally, and with a focus on customer satisfaction Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer guidelines Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and recommendations for future work Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers regarding service findings and solutions Qualifications
Experience & Technical Knowledge
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, VRF, air-cooled chillers, and boilers Certifications
EPA Certification required Additional HVAC certifications a plus Skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Other Qualifications
Must pass a background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Why Join Us?
