Overview:
Vann York Automotive Group is currently hiring for a Customer Service/Service BDR. This position works in a fast-paced atmosphere and is responsible for making outgoing calls and setting appointments for potential business.
Responsibilities : Maintain a daily average of 100 outgoing calls. Call previous day's showroom ups. Take new car phone ups. T. O. phone calls on all customers that don't appoint (pricing and availability). Call all unsold prospects Answer all overflow fast ring calls. Confirm appointments. Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads Maintain open communication with the Internet Manager and Sales Managers. Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers. Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred Excellent and professional communication skills are a must Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Must be dependable Benefits:
