In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to host events, from initial inquiries to final wrap-ups.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the event planning process. Develop and deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs and objectives. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual services. Manage event timelines and budgets, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service. Conduct site visits and attend events to ensure successful execution and address any issues. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of event management software is a plus. Benefits
