ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Dealer Development Analyst

to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting dealer operations, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements, and maintaining accurate data and documentation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with a manufacturer or distributor in a wholesale or retail environment, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and excels in both analytical and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Dealer Administration & Compliance Review and process dealer change requests to ensure compliance with corporate policies and requirements. Communicate official notifications to state agencies and distribute internal documentation. Maintain compliance documentation related to dealer agreements. Support legal coordination for dealer status changes, recalls, or compliance matters. Data Management Manage dealer records in internal systems (SCA, AS400, Access databases). Ensure accuracy of dealer locator information for corporate websites. Maintain approvals, documentation, and departmental records for reporting and compliance purposes. Financial & Program Administration Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile budgets. Track expenditures for programs such as sales manager incentives, new dealer allowances, and signage programs. Administer dealer credits/debits and support finance-related dealer activities. Dealer Prospect & Inquiry Management Respond to dealer prospect inquiries and maintain a database of prospects. Issue prospecting packages and coordinate follow-up with field staff. Support the onboarding of new dealers with materials and documentation. Reporting & Resource Development Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual dealer development reports. Maintain and update departmental procedure guides, dealer resources, and field tools. Administer annual updates for dealer orientation kits and new product launches. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, Accounting, etc.) to execute dealer-related projects. Liaise with external vendors to support programs and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience with a manufacturer or distributor in a wholesale or retail environment. Strong understanding of dealer business models and distributor/factory operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with AS400 and Access databases. Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels. Experience in dealer development, marketing, or inventory control is highly desirable.
