As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality. Preparing and processing outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation. Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. Maintaining organized and clean shipping and receiving areas. Collaborating with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and assist with cycle counts. Communicating with carriers and suppliers to coordinate pickups and deliveries. Troubleshooting and resolving any shipping or receiving issues in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Pulling parts return and restocking of shelves. Placing warranty parts in the storage area daily. Weekly cleaning of warranty scrap. Driving: picking up parts from local vendors Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment safely. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE A CA DL, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
