Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a flair for organization? We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of event planning and execution, supporting a variety of events such as corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week
Key Responsibilities Assisting in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion Coordinating with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met Helping to manage event budgets and tracking expenses Supporting marketing efforts to promote events Setting up event spaces, including decorations and audio-visual equipment Providing on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary A proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Benefits
