is seeking a
Senior Executive IT Support Engineer
to provide high-level support to executive leadership and senior staff. This critical role combines hands-on technical expertise with white-glove service, supporting C-suite executives, ensuring uptime across mission-critical systems, and contributing to broader IT strategy and project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional with
5+ years in high-level support roles -ideally within healthcare or similarly fast-paced, regulated environments-who is looking to step into a highly visible, impact-driven position. You'll work directly with executive leadership and collaborate with infrastructure and network teams on continuous improvement and optimization.
Candidates must be highly proactive, adaptable, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle time-sensitive issues calmly are essential. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of IT Support experience, including at least 2 years supporting executive leadership or VIP users Expertise in Windows 10/11 support and enterprise desktop environments Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar) Strong hardware troubleshooting (laptops, docking stations, AV equipment, mobile devices) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote desktop tools Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP addressing) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in healthcare IT support or working in HIPAA-compliant environments is a plus What You Will Be Doing
