POSITION : Mail Service Driver/Warehouse Maintenance - All District buildings
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Educational training and experience commensurate with job. 2. Ability to work with administration and district community. 3. Must have excellent driving record. 4. Must have knowledge of Plymouth-Canton Community Schools and be familiar with all locations. 5. Preferred computer experience a plus, preferably with the following software: a. Microsoft Excel b. Microsoft Word c. Microsoft Outlook d. Google Suite 6. Must be willing and able to accept and follow through with direction from supervisors. 7. Must be dependable and work independently. 8. Past attendance and job performance record must be satisfactory to administration. 9. Qualify for bonding. 10. Desired Highlow Certification 11. Warehouse Experience 12. Must pass a drug test upon hire and, if required, at any time during employment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
May include, but not limited to:
1. Transports mail, packages, supplies and/or equipment, between district sites on a daily basis and for special functions as needed. 2. Picks up products from suppliers and/or unloading of delivery trucks as needed. 3. Filling Warehouse requisitions. 4. Process In-district bulk mailing as required. 5. Completes on a monthly basis the physical inventory of supplies in the Warehouse. 6. Maintains a well organized and clean environment including delivery trucks. 7. Building and Grounds Maintenance may be required. 8. Bending, overhead work, and lifting of at least 50 pounds repeatedly required. 9. Assists in other areas as directed by Manager including but not limited to: a. Board Office Mail Room b. Pilot Drive Mail Room & Warehouse

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally push or lift up to 50 lbs such as boxes of books. The employee is directly responsible for safety, well-being, or work output of other people. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as to read handwritten or typed material, and the ability to adjust focus.
