The Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a successful project in the office:
Budget
RFI’s
Submittals
Scheduling
Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Scope/Contract Management and Execution
Change Orders
Project scope includes:
40 to 250 units
Ground up or Rehab
Podium Deck or Slab on Grade
12 to 24 month project duration
Contract Value: 10 to 75 million
Prior multi-family experience is required.
