SUMMARY:
This position supports W2 advisors with account management and client service needs. All CSAs in this W2 position work together servicing clients for multiple advisors. This will involve assistance in every aspect from introduction with a prospect to onboarding a client to servicing the continuous needs of those clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing and submitting account opening paperwork in a timely manner Responsible for account maintenance (opening new accounts, transfers, managing transactions, address changes, etc.). Prepares paperwork, letters, client reports, and other client communication. Replying to client and advisor emails Maintains client and practice management data. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university. Preferred FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66. Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.
