Graphic Design:

• Create and design various digital and print materials including ad campaigns, promotional pieces, banners, brochures, annual reports, newsletters, postcards, posters, signs, flyers, invitations, billboards, logos, stationery, folders, buck slips, direct mail marketing and videos that convey accurate messaging and branding for the project. • Have and maintain a high-level of expertise in creating high-impact, multimedia graphics for print, online, social media and member facing promotions that are on brand for the Bank. Serve as the primary contact to design professional, on-brand PowerPoint presentations • Create still, digital and multimedia content for the EB website to drive customer interest and engagement • Manage creative projects, including float designs, from artistic concepts to final product in alignment with EB branding, voice and style guidelines. • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions • Listen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them to internal clients and other members of the team. • Advise on all technical visual projects and make recommendations regarding print jobs issues, logo requests and electronic multimedia. • Conceptualize and design Bank interior site branding and signage. • Work independently as well as cooperatively with the Marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects • Advise management on ways to achieve production efficiencies and cost savings.

Digital Design:

• Design, create, update, format and archive the time sensitive content for internal and external websites • Coordinate Vision Wall design at each location. Work with branch and marketing leadership to create content and update the Vision Wall. • Design graphical elements for mobile campaigns, landing pages and Bank affiliate promotions to support online and print marketing initiatives. • Coordinate with outside agencies on projects relating to art services, printed materials, etc. • Capture or acquire and edit commercial-quality photographs and video for multiple platforms, using post-production technical expertise, creativity, and composition skills to produce and preserve images that tell EB’s story. • Process images, ensuring they meet desired results, utilizing editing techniques and adhering to specifications for lighting, composition, and background. • Conduct employee photo shoots for org chart, officer portraits, website, and other projects as needed • Photograph company events for internal and external marketing use, including social media and digital media. • Plans and executes branch photo shoots, either capturing the photography directly or directing external photographers to ensure brand consistency and visual quality • Storyboard, conceptualize, film, produce and edit corporate videos, including the Annual Breakfast video to drive employee and customer interest and engagement under general supervision.

Design Operations:

• Maintain, review and update all style guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with the brand across multiple platforms (web, branch, digital signage, etc.). • Maintain branch brand style guidelines to ensure consistent branch experience across all locations. Regularly monitor site branding and signage to ensure content is current, relevant, optimized and meets brand guidelines. • Regularly conduct in-person branch site visits to identify branch marketing needs, gather design specifications, and work with vendors on marketing related installations. • Collaborate with outside designers and vendors to develop creative assets. • Operate and manage onsite photography studio, maintaining and operating photography equipment. • Regularly monitor website content to ensure content is current, relevant, optimized and meets brand guidelines. • Regularly monitor vision wall content to ensure content is current, relevant, optimized and meets brand guidelines. • Ensure creative projects adhere to risk and compliance requirements as well as internal EB brand guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of graphic design, layout and production using a PC and Mac • Knowledge of marketing and advertising techniques and practices • Knowledge of internal website production and management • Knowledge of website standards • Knowledge of print-production standards and print buying • Proficient with Adobe CS5.5: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word Press, iMovie, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to prepare and mount designs for presentation • Stong Digital File management skills • Ability to work with outside agencies to complete art services and printing projects • Must possess critical thinking skills • Ability to work alone and collaboratively

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree in Graphic Design or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 4 years experience in marketing, graphic design or advertising. Agency and Digital Marketing experience preferred.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is to $28.00 to $40.00 per hour. The compensation offered will fall within this range, commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education and skills.
