BSI's Assurance division is looking for a commercially minded marketing leader to own end-to-end GTM execution across the United States and Canada. You'll translate global strategy into high-impact, localized programs that fuel pipeline and revenue across System Certification, Training, and Internal Supplier Audits (ISA), while also serving as our Regional Theme Lead for Digital Trust & ISA to harmonize positioning and scale best practices regionally.
If you thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and can flex from strategy to hands-on execution, this role is for you.
What you'll own:
North America GTM leadership: Build and deliver the marketing plan for the US and Canada aligned to national sales goals and global priorities.
Localization that wins: Adapt global/regional campaigns to market maturity, buyer behavior, and regulatory needs across both countries. Partner to the business: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Training leaders to shape strategy that moves pipeline and revenue. How you'll lead:
Team management & development: Lead, coach, and grow US and Canadian marketing teams; drive clarity of goals and performance. Operational excellence: Plan resources, prioritize work, and ensure accountability using project tools (e.g., Workfront). How you'll execute:
Full-funnel, integrated campaigns: Orchestrate digital, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, webinars, PR, events, and ABM to create demand and accelerate conversions. Digital & demand gen mastery: Increase engagement, improve targeting, and optimize journeys; manage lead workflows in Salesforce and Pardot (segmentation, routing, follow-through). Budget ownership: Plan, allocate, and track US marketing spend for maximum ROI. Vendor leadership: Manage creative, translation, paid media, and event partners to deliver on brief, on brand, and on budget. Brand, compliance & governance: Ensure every asset meets BSI standards and regulatory requirements. How you'll measure success:
Performance & analytics: Track KPIs and attribution, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with data teams on ROI reporting. Optimize in real time: Use funnel insights to test, learn, and iterate maximizing conversion and marketing-influenced revenue. Regional Theme Leadership (Digital Trust & ISA):
Set the bar regionally: Lead campaign development, positioning, and content strategy for Digital Trust and ISA. Scale best practices: Align global messaging with North American needs; enable knowledge-sharing across regions and teams. What you bring:
Strategic clarity + executional rigor: You turn business goals into actionable programs and deliver. Proven impact: History of campaigns that drive MQLs, pipeline, and conversion in complex B2B environments. North America expertise: Deep understanding of US & Canada buyer behavior and regulatory nuances; skilled at localizing global and regional content. Relationship builder: Confident collaborator across Sales, Training, and Centers of Excellence. Martech fluency: Hands-on with Salesforce and Pardot (required); familiarity with Marketo, Workfront, SEO/SEM, paid media, and ABM tactics. Operational savvy: Budget management, vendor oversight, and performance reporting are second nature. Adaptable & detail-driven: Comfortable switching from big-picture strategy to precise execution in a fast-moving, matrixed setting. Segment & persona chops: You tailor narratives and offers by industry, role, and stage to move deals forward. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years progressive B2B marketing experience (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries ideal), including 5+ years leading people. Demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel programs across the US and/or Canada. Strong background in digital demand gen, ABM, and CRM-led workflows (Salesforce/Pardot required). Familiarity with ISO, assurance, training, or compliance services (preferred). Knowledge of Digital Trust, Information Security, or Third-Party Risk (strong asset). Language & travel:
Language: Strong command of English (verbal and written) required; French, Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus. Travel: Up to 10% for client engagement, events, and team collaboration.
