The opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Account Director in New York to steward integrated communications programs for category-defining technology brands and accelerate our next phase of growth.

You'll lead day-to-day delivery across earned, owned, and paid channels-owning briefs, calendars, and measurement-while partnering with the senior team on executive-level counsel and account growth.

You are a hands-on, tech-forward strategist and trusted advisor with a track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering results. Equally fluent in B2B and B2C, you turn complex challenges into simple, integrated programs that move markets. You'll motivate and mentor diverse teams, ensure smart resourcing and clear ways of working, and model an inclusive, collaborative culture that connects our US, EMEA, and APAC teams. If you thrive on growing accounts, orchestrating integrated workstreams, and raising the bar on performance communications, this role is for you.

What you'll lead

Client leadership: Serve as the day-to-day senior contact for clients and manage smooth day-to-day running of accounts. Integrated campaigns: Build and run cross-channel programs (corporate reputation, exec visibility, product comms, content, social, influencer, paid amplification). Media, social, and influencer: Drive media strategy, narrative development, pitching; lead social/influencer programs and paid social/search/display in partnership with specialists. Data, analytics & performance: Implement measurement frameworks and dashboards. AI enablement: Apply responsible GenAI within approved guardrails to enhance planning, content ops, insights, and measurement; upskill teams on best practices. Team & culture: Manage and mentor high-performing teams (AD/AM/SAE/AE); ensure smart resourcing, clear roles, and collaboration for seamless delivery. Growth & new business: Support in the development of pitches/proposals. Operations: Lead SOW creation, project plans, budget tracking, and vendor management; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction. What you'll bring

8-10+ years in integrated communications within agency environments, leading multi-market programs for technology brands. Proven success growing accounts, improving client satisfaction/retention, and leading teams. Strong command of media strategy, social/influencer, paid digital, content operations, and analytics/attribution. Demonstrated application of GenAI across planning, content, insights, and measurement; advocate for ethical, transparent AI use. Expert writer and presenter; able to simplify complexity, build compelling narratives, and sell ideas.
