This position offers exposure to complex accounting challenges, technical projects, and collaboration with senior finance leaders across multiple entities. The role provides the opportunity to be a strong individual contributor while also partnering with colleagues across a broad portfolio of businesses. This role is fully-remote position (MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO) with occasional quarterly travel! Responsibilities 2-4 years of Big4 (or Tier 1) Public Accounting - Audit Technical accounting skillset (purchase accounting, debt transactions, ASC 805/606/470 CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Clients in the Commercial or Professional Services space - non-for-profit and governmental client bases will not be considered.
