We are hiring an Applications Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in the identification, implementation, adoption, and furtherance of software solutions. You should be capable of training and supporting those applications when necessary. This is not a developer role. This role will further the applications portfolio of our firm and play a strategic part in our advances in the use of technology. The CPA industry is experiencing explosive growth and change in software solutions tailored for our industry including the adoption of AI services. Come be a part of it with us!

Applications Business Analyst Responsibilities :

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Work collaboratively with external vendors to improve solutions, services, and capabilities. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to adoption community Performing user acceptance testing. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Perform periodic review of applications to ensure appropriate access and use is in place. : Work with peers to define and deploy security models for applications. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field Experience in Consulting or CPA / Financial Services organization preferred Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine optimal solutions Excellent documentation skills Competency in Microsoft applications suite of services. PowerBI, Power Automate a plus Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills A history of leading and supporting successful projects ** Please note that while this position is remote, occasional travel to client locations, corporate meetings and trainings may be required to facilitate effective collaboration and engagement implementation.
