Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Forklift certification and training for all types (high pick is preferred) 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably from industrial, electronics assembly, or aerospace and defense distribution disciplines Experience with creating statements of work (SOW) Experience in inventory management systems, preferably in a chemical or industrial setting Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to multitask Computer literate in MS Word and Outlook; working knowledge of shipping and receiving software Ability to read/write in English required Warehouse management system experience (TWL experience with an RF gun is preferred) Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to perform a variety of warehouse operations in a high-volume environment, including order picking, shipping, receiving, labeling, and inventory support. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-minded, and capable of training and supporting other team members while working across all warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, receive, and ship hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Maintain compliance with 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Support multiple warehouse functions as needed to meet operational goals. Cross-train and assist in the development of other warehouse staff. Operate warehouse equipment safely by following training, manuals, and safety procedures. Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards, OSHA guidelines, and EH&S protocols. Follow U.S. DOT regulations for shipping and handling. Work in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain indirect responsibility for product quality by following established processes. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
