We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.Position Summary:The Inventory and Process Control Clerk is responsible for performing regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. This role involves counting stocks in designated areas, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with the inventory and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records. This role will also require working with intercompany departments to communicate and educate all on process gaps and solutions as well as conduct training on all process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cycle counts of inventory items according to schedule.Verify stock quantities and compare counts against system records.Investigate and report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in inventory.Collaborate with warehouse and inventory control teams to resolve issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counts and adjustments.Assist with physical inventory audits as needed.Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.Conduct daily audits for inventory accuracy.Ensure all jobs are keyed correctly.Review material backflushing correctly.Review shipments had corresponding Production Sheets keyed to correspond with material shipped.Work with Engineering and Production on new product setups and ensure correct changes have been made to existing parts.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Computer skills for data entry and inventory systems.Strong Excel experience a plus.Knowledge of various ERP systems.Ability to lift and move items as required up to 50lbs.Forklift certified- Standup and Sit down liftsStrong analytical mind to review reports and identify discrepancies and improvements.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
