Job description
Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Delivery: Architect end-to-end solutions across telecom domains including network systems, OSS/BSS, and customer engagement platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs. Technology Integration: Lead integration efforts across legacy systems, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure seamless interoperability. Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities and support digital transformation initiatives. Documentation & Standards: Develop architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and enforce best practices and compliance standards. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 15-18 years of experience in solution architecture, with significant exposure to telecom systems and infrastructure. Strong understanding of telecom technologies including 5G, SDN/NFV, VoIP, and cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS platforms, service orchestration, and network management systems. Proficiency in designing solutions using microservices, APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
