What you'll do as a Senior IT Project Manager:

The

Senior IT Project Manager (Sr. PM)

is responsible for establishing and embedding a

project management methodology

for IP Corporation's Information Technology function while also leading

large-scale, business-critical technology projects . This role will be accountable for defining best practices, governance frameworks, and templates that bring consistency, structure, and excellence to project delivery.

You will partner with executives, business sponsors, and IT leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value, while also serving as a mentor and leader for project management discipline across the organization.

What you can expect to do as a Senior IT Project Manager:

Project Management Leadership Establish and maintain a

project management methodology

tailored for IP Corporation, leveraging Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Hybrid, and ITIL 4 practices. Develop and maintain

standardized templates, governance frameworks, and best practices

to drive consistency and excellence in project execution. Partner with the CIO to support

portfolio-level reporting, prioritization, and resource allocation

across strategic initiatives. Large-Scale Project Delivery

Define and lead

core business application projects

in partnership with IT and business leadership, ensuring initiatives align with corporate strategy. Manage both

enhancement workflows and enterprise-scale IT initiatives , ensuring proper prioritization and resourcing. Translate business strategies into clear

project objectives, roadmaps, release plans, and documentation . Oversee testing, validation, deployment, and

post-go-live support (Hypercare)

to ensure long-term project success. Risk, Compliance & Value Management

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate

risks

including scope, compliance, regulatory, and security risks. Ensure all deliverables meet

functional requirements, performance standards, and user acceptance criteria . Manage

project budgets , including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on financial performance. Measure and communicate the

business value

delivered by projects to stakeholders. Collaboration & Mentorship

Act as a

primary liaison

to executive sponsors, department heads, and technical leaders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Provide leadership and mentorship to

project managers, analysts, and business partners , embedding project discipline across the IT organization. What we are looking for in a Senior IT Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years

of IT and business project management experience with a proven track record leading

large-scale, complex initiatives . Strong knowledge of

multiple project management methodologies

(Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Hybrid, ITIL 4) with the ability to select and apply the right approach. Experience translating

business strategies into actionable project objectives, roadmaps, and release plans . Proven success working with

executive leadership, business sponsors, and technical stakeholders . Strong

risk management expertise , including regulatory, compliance, and security considerations. Experience with

budget management, forecasting, and value measurement

of projects. Proficiency in project management tools such as

MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent . Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with

systems in manufacturing environments . Knowledge of

ERP systems

such as Oracle, SAP, or Infor. Why IP Corporation?

Pay Transparency Range:

$117,682.00 - $147,405.00
