We offer an early learning center for preschool and kindergarten students, including a community education center. This center includes many outdoor and indoor active learning spaces. Jefferson Elementary provides programming for grades 1-4, focusing on small group instruction, responsive classroom, STEM opportunities, and core curriculum. We offer a middle school structure and environment for grades 5-8, focused on advisory, exploratory, and experiential learning opportunities. Our high school is for grades 9-12, offering college, vocational, and work-ready courses. We have many opportunities for fine arts and athletics for all students. A Career Technical Education (CTE) Center provides students with opportunities in automotive, welding, manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, construction careers, and cabinetry.

Location:
New Ulm High School, 1600 Oak Street, New Ulm MN (Grades 9 - 12)
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Experience with high school aged students helpful Ability to calulate simple math Desire to work with other District employees and serve the nutritional needs of students Good communication skills Hours/Dates: Hours are generally 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on all school days, plus additional training hours as directed

Salary/Wage/Benefits:
Based on experience, starting at $15.88 per hour; Classification A-11 Food Service Employee Union; Benefits available on prorated basis include: insurance, leaves of absence, and holiday/vacation days
