Advancement VISTA
Empower organizations serving survivors of trafficking and exploitation by strengthening their capacity through development, volunteer engagement, operations, and strategic partnerships. VISTA members play a vital role in advancing healthier futures free from exploitation and trauma by supporting and expanding these life-changing services. As the Advancement VISTA, you'll develop impactful marketing and communications to share our mission, coordinate events like fundraisers and outreach to boost donor engagement and visibility and improve data and research systems to better track donors and identify funding opportunities. This role offers a chance to serve with purpose, grow your skills, and support a mission that transforms lives.
Member Duties :
Strengthen Healing Action Network's fundraising capacity by overhauling donor data systems and expanding funding research efforts-resulting in a fully cleaned and segmented CRM and the identification of at least 10 viable new funding sources for cultivation. Support the successful execution of Healing Action Network's special events by coordinating event logistics, securing at least 15 in-kind or financial donations, and assisting with post event follow-up and reporting. Develop and implement a digital storytelling content plan that highlights Healing Action Network's mission and impact through empathetic, strengths-based narratives-resulting in consistent monthly newsletters, weekly social media content, and contributions to the annual impact report.
