About the Role
As a Residential New Construction HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for installing ductwork, ventilation systems, and HVAC equipment in newly built homes. Working closely with lead installers and foremen, you'll help bring blueprints to life and ensure every job meets our high standards.

What You Bring
1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (residential construction a plus) Familiarity with ductwork layout, equipment placement, and mechanical drawings EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a team Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work on ladders and rooftops Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass
pre-employment background check
and
drug test Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems (ductwork, air handlers, condensers, venting, etc.) Assist with layout, measurement, and cutting for proper fit and airflow Follow blueprints and instructions from lead installer or foreman Maintain clean and safe work sites Communicate job progress or issues to leadership Load and unload materials and tools Ensure all work complies with building codes and company quality standards What We Offer
