You'll collaborate with the practice manager, clinical staff, and senior leaders to support professional development, guide integrated care initiatives, and uphold the standards required of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Your leadership will help move our mission forward and improve the health of our community. What You'll Do:Support clinical staff privileging, competency, and development Programmatic supportOperational support through clinical quality audits and regulatory agency visits, complete or facilitate clinicians' peer review process, perform ongoing and focused professional practice evaluations and chart reviews (OPPEs and FPPEs), advise on evidenced-based care practices and outcome metrics, and monitor and support improvement effortsSupport advocacy and community relationsWhat You'll Find at Bridge Clinic:A Collaborative, Mission Drive Team - Work alongside professionals in primary care, behavioral health, and dental to deliver truly integrated care.
