Job descriptionLead with PurposeBridge Clinic is hiring a Primary Care Clinical Director. You'll collaborate with the practice manager, clinical staff, and senior leaders to support professional development, guide integrated care initiatives, and uphold the standards required of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Your leadership will help move our mission forward and improve the health of our community. What You'll Do:Support clinical staff privileging, competency, and development Programmatic supportOperational support through clinical quality audits and regulatory agency visits, complete or facilitate clinicians' peer review process, perform ongoing and focused professional practice evaluations and chart reviews (OPPEs and FPPEs), advise on evidenced-based care practices and outcome metrics, and monitor and support improvement effortsSupport advocacy and community relationsWhat You'll Find at Bridge Clinic:A Collaborative, Mission Drive Team - Work alongside professionals in primary care, behavioral health, and dental to deliver truly integrated care. Culture of Clinical Integrity and Quality - Support continuous quality improvement and help advance patient-centered integrated care.Strong Operational Support - We handle the logistics so you can focus on clinical impact and leadership.We Offer:Competitive Non-profit compensation and 3% contribution to your safe harbor 401k retirement plan.Diverse team of like-minded professionals.What You'll Need to Bring:Medical Doctorate in Family Practice with a minimum of 5-years family practice.Successful completion of a family medicine residency programElectronic Health Record (EHR) experience.Board CertificationCurrent Unrestricted WI License in good standingCurrent DEA registrationCurrent BLS certificationMaintains malpractice insurabilityEven Better if You Also Bring:Nonprofit and/or Community Health Center/Federally Qualified Health Center experience or experience in a Free clinic, FQHC look-alike clinic, or Tribal health clinic.Prior leadership experience.Experience with or interest in evidence-based care, integrated care models, and medication assisted treatment for opioid addiction.Are you ready to lead with purpose?Join a team that values you and will leverage your expertise to transform community health.
